I was recently in Dallas and came across a situation I thought I would share with you guys.
Ok here was the scenario: back at the hotel, after dinner (and a couple of cold ones - ok guys, need to relax on the diet from time to time). I am held hostage by the "mini bar".
Dummmmm dummm dummmmmmmmmm.
What to do!?
With my self control weakened slightly by the couple of drinks I had had at dinner, I reach for the M&M's. Good lord it had been ages since I had had any candy. Without thinking, I look at the back - GULP! I just couldnt. Not worth it. Luckily, there was another option! Organic Chocolate Covered Banana's.
Delicious and fully satisfying. I went to bed a happy camper! (and $8.00 poorer - hotel mini bars - theft!)
Thought I would share this moment with you guys in case anyone else is ever faced with the same dilemma.
This is real life people. Healthy choices can be made (even when the mini bar attacks!)

Banana's:
Calories: 240
Fat: 10 G
Sugars: 30 G
